ITE Dover staff room gutted in fire; classes suspended for a day

SINGAPORE: Classes at the ITE College West (Dover Campus) will be suspended on Monday and resume on Tuesday after an early morning blaze gutted its staff room.

No one was hurt in the fire on Sunday.

SCDF said it received a call at 6am informing it of a fire at the ITE campus in Dover Drive.

It took fire fighters 20 minutes to bring the blaze under control.

In a statement, ITE said structural engineers have declared the building to be structurally safe.

Affected staff will be relocated to temporary work areas within the college.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.

Hello people.
I've got a sad story to share.
Very sad, i tell you.
Very very sad. :((((((

Just now in the morning,
i decided to walk to Chinese Garden MRT station.
Just to save $0.69 bus fare.
& the fare from Chinese Garden to Bishan is $1.62
Then from Bishan to Jurong East is $1.57.
So which means i spent $3.00++ for fare only lehhhhhh.
& i only ate $1.20 breakfast.
& just now i walked home from Jurong East MRT, okay.
Thank God the weather was fine.
Windy & shady.

& later i'll be working.
Which means another $3.00++ will be gone.
Kalau macam gini lah kan, alamat boleh mati aku dibuatnya.
Ape nak buat?
Sesungguhnya aku redha. (inside joke)
I think i'm walking to Bukit Batok MRT later.
Cheaper. :)))

My story is very sad right?
I know.
I'll be more than happy if you guys could at least sponsor for my passport-sized photo, maybe?
Or maybe $23 for the making of new ezlink card.
Next month punya concession, tkpe lah aku boleh beli.

Singapore Botanic Garden with Suhaila, Umi, Hidayah & Suaidah.


SBG was definitely not the initial plan lah kannn.
So much of wanting to go to Bugis & dressed very lady-likely.
Har ambek korg obat.
With umi wearing heels & with me wearing black cardigan.
The best part was, mattress pon tkde.
Dudok korg kt atas grass.

We took pictures like nobody's business.
From muke senget to pouting lips.
From muke straight to muke emo.
From muke step cute to muke memang cute.
Gossiped, bitched & laughed like we owned the garden;
just to find out that my precious ezlink card with doraemon sticker on it is lost.
Yes, you read it right.
I bloody lost my ezlink card.
So now how am i supposed to wear my lanyard to school without my student pass.
& adult fare is damn expensive, i tell you.
You want to sponsor meh?
Then just shut up lahhhh.

I just came across the facebook account of my former primary school crush.
Dah handsome sekarang oi. Macam hrithik roshan. Gigi putih bersih, you. :)))

went to shop for groceries with mum today.
met sister to have dinner at IMM.
thought of checking out the esprit outlet,
but ended up spending $200++
& they don't accept the ECC membership.
& Mum paid for it.
mine amounted to $40++ only.
The rest are Sister's one.
& i told them, "you know what? i feel spoilt."
& Sister just had to agree.

I remembered the time when my sister and i were younger,
she always asked my mum to buy for her things.
& i'll just pull a long face.
& mum assured me that times has changed.
Now, i have 5 people to support me.
Then, sister had only her.
Now, i can ask my elder siblings for different gadgets for my birthday.
Laugh out loud.

But atleast, these are all KEPERLUAN,
& not KEMAHUAN.
At least i don't ask my mum to pay for my hair treatment.
At least i don't ask my mum to buy for me SUPER-EXPENSIVE stuff.
(sounds familiar, Nabilah & Hazimah?)

Okay bye.
I have to start mugging for Accounting CA.

i just remembered that i've once told _______ that laughter is the best medicine.

didn't manage to take any photos because Suhaila had to catch her last bus at 12.23am.
